The Ottawa Community Gardening Network, a program of Just Food, is celebrating 25 years in 2022, of providing information and resources to support the vibrant, equitable and sustainable development of community gardens across the city.

• They offer funds and support to both new community gardening groups starting and to existing community gardens
• They offer the Community Gardens Development Fund in partnership with City of Ottawa
• They facilitate gardening workshops and network communications

The mission of Just Food is to work for vibrant, just and sustainable food and farming systems in the Ottawa region. It houses a variety of programs and projects to support this goal in addition to the Ottawa Community Gardening Network:

• The Just Food Community Farm
• Savour Ottawa – including Buy Local Food Guide and support to new food and farming businesses
• Ottawa Food Policy Council and the new Youth Food Policy Council.
